Three engagement types. One architectural standard.

Engagement 1

The 4-hour diagnostic that tells you whether your tracking architecture survives 2026.

A 23-point audit across data layer, tags, consent, attribution, and server-side infrastructure. Output: a defensible audit report with executive summary, prioritized findings, and remediation cost estimates.

The stake

Most accounts I audit fail at least three of the five diagnostic questions. When platform-reported revenue diverges from actual by 20% or more, the cost stays invisible until legal flags the GDPR exposure, the CFO loses confidence in the dashboard, or the next iOS update breaks another conversion path. The audit is the first artifact that makes the gap visible.

What you receive

  • A defensible audit report (15–25 pages): executive summary, prioritized findings across all five layers, severity classification, remediation cost estimates
  • The 23-point diagnostic documented with screenshots, data points, and current-state architecture diagrams
  • A prioritized remediation roadmap mapped to a 90 or 180-day timeline
  • A 60-minute findings review call, recorded for internal sharing
  • The report is yours: fund remediation, share with vendors, or hand to a regulator

Pricing

$4,500 USDone-time

Single domain. GA4 + 1–2 ad platforms. Up to 50 events.

Pick this if: you run one domain and want the full 23-point diagnostic before committing to anything bigger.

Scales up for

  • 7,500 USDMulti-Platform Audit: multiple domains/subdomains, GA4 + 3–5 ad platforms, server-side already deployed
  • from 12,000 USDEnterprise Audit: multi-region, multi-stack, server-side under load, cross-jurisdiction exposure

Duration 1–2 weeks. Half to engage, balance on report delivery.

Engagement 2

Privacy-first tracking architecture, deployed end-to-end in 6–12 weeks.

The full architectural remediation. Data layer schema, Consent Mode v2 deployment, server-side container, platform-by-platform Conversions API rollout, attribution layer reconciliation. Built to pass audit, defensible to a CFO, ready for the next regulatory shift.

The stake

A working architecture is the difference between a regulatory event and a regulatory non-event. Most remediation starts the same way: the company has lived with broken tracking for two or three years and finally has a forcing function. The forcing function is always too late. The right time to architect is before the next iOS update, before the next regulator letter, before the next quarterly close.

What gets deployed

  • Data layer architecture: documented, typed, version-controlled schema across pages and triggers
  • Server-side GTM container: production deployment with autoscaling, logging, cost controls
  • Consent Mode v2 in advanced mode with full conversion modeling, CMP integrated with correct signal mapping per platform
  • Conversions API across the stack: Meta CAPI, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, TikTok, Microsoft UET, with deduplication and advanced matching
  • Cross-domain attribution stitching where relevant
  • Reporting architecture: BigQuery export, stable attribution snapshot, Looker Studio dashboard showing platform-reported vs reconciled revenue
  • Internal documentation and a 90-minute team training session

Pricing

Most clients start here

From $18,000 USDone-time, 6–8 weeks

Single domain, 1–3 ad platforms, single region.

Pick this if: the audit found real gaps and you want the full architecture deployed, not just documented.

Scales up for

  • from 32,000 USDMulti-Platform Implementation: 8–10 weeks, multiple domains, 4–6 ad platforms, new server-side
  • from 60,000 USDEnterprise Implementation: 10–16 weeks, multi-region, multi-stack, cross-jurisdiction exposure

Every implementation begins with an audit. Audit fee credits against implementation if completed within the prior 90 days. Milestone-based payment.

Engagement 3

A Privacy Architect on the team without the cost of a full hire.

Ongoing oversight of your privacy-first stack. Schema reviews on platform changes. Quarterly attribution recalibration. Compliance updates as regulations evolve. Training the in-house team. For companies who built the architecture once and want it maintained at audit-grade standards.

The stake

Architecture decays. A stack deployed correctly in Q1 degrades by Q4 unless someone maintains it. Platforms change attribution windows, regulators issue new guidance, the data layer drifts as developers ship, iOS updates again, a new ad platform enters. Without active stewardship, the architecture you spent eight weeks deploying becomes the architecture you spend another eight weeks rebuilding next year.

What it covers

  • Monthly: architecture health monitoring, tag-firing validation, Consent Mode signal checks, server-side performance review, bi-weekly check-in
  • Quarterly: attribution recalibration, query optimization, compliance review, written architecture brief
  • As-needed: schema reviews, new platform integration, incident response, team training
  • Direct same-business-day access

Pricing

$4,000 USDper month

Single-domain DTC or B2B SaaS post-implementation. Up to 8 hrs/mo.

Pick this if: you have a working implementation and want it kept correct as platforms and regulations change.

Scales up for

  • 7,000/mo USDMulti-Platform Retainer: multi-domain or multi-region with active development, up to 16 hrs/mo
  • 12,000/mo USDArchitect-On-Call: enterprise, frequent change cycles, ongoing compliance scrutiny, up to 32 hrs/mo

3-month minimum, 30-day notice after. Requires an existing implementation.
