Who is responsible

This site is operated by MD Nurul Absar, trading as AnalyticsLearner, based in Bangladesh and working with clients in the UK, US, EU, and Australia. For anything on this page, contact hello@analyticslearner.com.

What this site collects

There are exactly two ways this site collects personal data, and both are forms.

• The discovery-call form on the Contact page. It asks for your first name, email address, company, current platform, and a short description of your tracking concern. All five fields are used for one purpose: to reply to you and schedule a call.
• The free-container forms on the Free Resources pages. These ask for your email address only, so the container file can be sent to you.

There is no account system, no payment processing, and no newsletter subscription that happens without you asking for it.

Who processes it

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — email delivery and contact storage. Form submissions are sent to Kit, which stores your email address and name and delivers the requested file or reply. Kit acts as a processor on my behalf.
• Vercel — hosting. Vercel processes standard server request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to serve and secure the site. This is ordinary server logging, not marketing analytics.

Both are outside your country in most cases. Transfers rely on the processors' own standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and similar storage

This site does not set advertising cookies, and it does not load any analytics or advertising tag before you have made a choice on the consent banner. Consent Mode v2 runs in default-deny: ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization are all set to denied before anything else executes.

What is actually stored:

• Your consent choice — stored in your browser (an al_consent value) so the banner does not ask again on every page. This is strictly necessary and cannot be switched off. Clearing your browser storage resets it and the banner will reappear.
• Kit's form storage— on the Free Resources pages that use Kit's embedded form, Kit sets its own identifier (ckid) when the form is loaded. That form is only loaded after you allow it.
• Analytics and advertising — when enabled, these run through Google Tag Manager and are gated on the matching consent category. If you reject, they do not load and no measurement identifiers are set.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the consent banner back.

How long it is kept

Enquiries and container requests are kept in Kit for as long as there is a live working relationship or an active enquiry, and removed on request. Ask and it is deleted — there is no retention argument worth having over a contact form.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Similar rights apply in several other jurisdictions.

To exercise any of them, email hello@analyticslearner.com. You do not need a specific form of words. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with the response, you can complain to your national supervisory authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes to this policy

If the site's data flows change — a new processor, a new form, server-side tagging switched on — this page is updated in the same change, not afterwards. The date at the top reflects the last such update.
